Refund policy

Orbis will replace or refund if you receive incorrect item(s) or item(s) that arrive damaged in an intact package. Please email orbisbooks@maryknoll.org ATTN Customer Service and include pictures of the package and the item.


If you receive the wrong or damaged book

Contact us by email orbisbooks@maryknoll.org within five (5) working days of receiving a damaged or incorrect book.

Include images of the book itself as well as the original packaging.

Replacement(s) will be sent free of charge, no need to return damaged/incorrect books.
