Customer Service - Returns
If you receive the wrong or damaged book
Contact us by email orbisbooks@maryknoll.org within five (5) working days of receiving a damaged or incorrect book.
Include images of the book itself as well as the original packaging.
Replacement(s) will be sent free of charge, no need to return damaged/incorrect books.
Retailer return policy
Overstock returns are accepted between three months and 12 months of the original invoice date. Permission is not required.
Include a copy of the original invoice with the shipment.
Books must be in clean and saleable condition: no marks, stickers, or signs of use.
Damaged or non-Orbis Books items will not be credited or returned.
Use a traceable service for your return. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
